The Executive Gallery website features a secure shopping cart that utilizes a Secure Socket Layer and encryption furnished by Verisign. All information sent by the Executive Gallery shopping cart is encrypted using 128 bit encryption, the strongest encryption available. To check the Executive Gallery certificate click the Verisign Logo. You will find this logo at the bottom of all Executive Gallery pages.

Returns and Refunds
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, follow the returns instructions on the back of the packing slip. Fill out the slip and enclose it with your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note explaning the reason for the return. Please return item within 30 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return packages via UPS or the US Postal Service's insured mail. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)

Items must be returned PREPAID IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We can not accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping charges are not refundable. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on next month's statement.
